Best travel directions
Southeast, South and Northwest are the top travel directions in 2027 because they are the only three sectors that carry beneficial flying stars free of annual afflictions, making them safe to activate through movement and presence.

Southeast · #8 White (Earth)
Wealth and prosperity: the year’s primary wealth star. Winter and fall trips to Florida, the Carolinas, Georgia and Asheville.
South · #4 Green (Wood)
Romance, studies, creativity. A harmonious Wood star that nourishes the Fire of the South sector, ideal for creative, learning or relationship-building trips.
Northwest · #1 White (Water)
Career, victory, scholarship. Metal, the Northwest’s native element, nourishes Water: a supportive flow for career moves, networking and important meetings.
Plan the return, too: your flight home travels the opposite direction. Ask us to check your return dates along with your lucky travel dates.
Before you go
Book ahead
Book 4–6 weeks ahead for spring and fall peak seasons, such as Asheville’s foliage. Florida needs 3+ months for the Jan–Feb snowbird peak.
Getting around
Rent a car for the Pacific Northwest and the Blue Ridge. Charleston, Savannah, Key West and St. Augustine are walkable without a car.
Solo-traveler friendly
All destinations have strong solo-traveler communities and well-reviewed boutique hotels with good security.
Florida timing
Avoid the Keys mid-August through early October (hurricane peak). Winter is manatee season in Central Florida: Blue Spring State Park offers easy viewing.
